Therapy Thingz was created by a Psychologist – dedicated to helping individuals and couples reconnect with themselves, build resilience, and create meaningful change in their lives.
Therapy work is rooted in compassion, evidence-based care, and the belief that healing doesn’t come from fixing who you are—but from learning how to support yourself in a kinder, more understanding way.
Therapy Thingz a growing vision designed to make mental health support more accessible, relatable, and human. Mental Health does not have to mean mentally unwell —it should reflect a safe space where people can learn, grow, and gently come back to themselves even in the chaos of daily life.
At the heart of this vision is a future where mental wellness meets everyday life with ease and joy. We are working to create practical tools, self-compassion practices, and supportive guidance that people can carry with them wherever they go.
Our approach is deeply influenced by mindfulness—the practice of being present, aware, and non-judgmental with our experiences. As defined in the field, mindfulness is about “paying attention… on purpose, in the present moment, and non-judgmentally,” and this principle guides everything we create.
Through Therapy Thingz, my mission is simple but powerful:
